The project aims to facilitate a substantive, policy-based discussion of the specific needs of interest groups among electoral subjects by identifying priority issues for the urban population, religious minorities, and youth in Ozurgeti Municipality, and actively delivering these issues to electoral subjects. The project envisages the formation of initiative groups from the representatives of the target groups, their advocacy of their problems in close cooperation with local public organizations, informing the population about the visions of the candidates and the pre-election debates of the candidates around the issues identified within the project.

The project was funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the National Democratic Institute (NDI).
